We process your information, make a proposal, determine the price and completion terms. If everything meets your approval, you make the payment, and we begin production.

PRICING

The cost for unique, one-of-a-kind custom pieces starts at $400. Completion times vary: if the gemstone is already in our inventory, the order's completion time is 1-2 months. If the stone needs to be ordered, the timeframe is 2-3 months.

3 step - Upon completion of creation

We send you photos and prepare the order for shipment. More details about delivery can be found here. Partial customization of catalog items is available. In this case, the price and completion terms depend on the type and complexity of the work, typically taking 3-4 weeks.

If you prefer a custom piece at catalog prices, that's also possible. In this scenario, we retain the model for our store, and you receive the price as listed in the catalog. Completion times will be longer, approximately 2-3 months, as the model needs to be adapted for future reproductions.
