ORDER PROCESSING
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies.
- Order processing time generally takes up to 5-10 business days.
- During the sale/holidays periods order processing time may take up to 10 business days.
Order processing time is not enclosed to the estimated delivery time stated in delivery options, do respect stated above order processing time to estimate the delivery date for your order.

SHIPPING 
At this time we stay at our home in Ukraine and all jewelry are going from here.
We use our local shipping company - UkrPoshta, after cross the bord, the parcel will delivered by local ship.company of your country. 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
United Kingdom: 10-20 days;
Canada: 10-20 days;
North America: 7-12 days;
Europe: 10-16 days.
UkrPoshta (Ukraine) deliveries usually arrive in 10-20 days, but can occasionally take longer. Please allow up to 1 month before worrying.
They will be delivered by your local postal service.

Any possible delays at the local post services institutions are not to be considered as a delay of store - mooniquecreation.com. Stated in the shipping options delivery time is to be considered as estimated time proclaimed by postal services.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
