PROCESSING TIME
Since all items are entirely handcrafted, we kindly ask you to respect the order processing time which is not enclosed to the estimated delivery time stated. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding!
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies.
For details, see individual items, mostly it is a 5-6 business days. Nevertheless, please be sure that we are doing our best to ship your order as soon as possible!
During sale periods order processing time may take up to 10 business days.

At this time we stay at our home in Ukraine and all jewelry are going from here.
We use local shipping company - UkrPoshta, after cross the bord, the parcel will delivered to you by local ship.company of your country.

Estimated Delivery Time
Ukraine: 1-3 days
United Kingdom: 10-20 days
Canada: 10-20 business days
North America: 7-15 days
Europe: 10-16 business days
UkrPoshta (Ukraine) deliveries usually arrive in 9-20 days, but can occasionally take longer. Please allow up to 1 month before worrying.
They will be delivered by your local postal service.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Your payment information is secure. Our shop never receive your credit card information.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We don't accept returns,
According to Ukrainian legislation jewelry is not subject to exchange or return.
But please contact us  hello@mooniquecreation.com within 5 days of delivery if you have any problems with your order.
Request a cancellation within: 6 hours of purchase
Change or return is discussed only directly with the customer.
During applying, please specify all order data:
- name and email address from which the order was made;
- order date;
- name of jewelry and size.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

­­The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders;
- Items on sale.

DAMAGES & ISSUES  
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Every single piece comes with a lifetime warranty. We will always do our best to make sure your jewelry always looks impeccable.
Dear customer, all our jewelry product we make by our self and pay attention to every detail. Therefore we are always sure about quality of our products.

 If you have any problem with your jewelry, please first contact us and give all information about your problem (with photo).
If we will sure, that the product is not damaged mechanically, we will make a new jewelry for you.

Processing sequence:
- customer send us a damaged jewelry (delivery at the customer's expense, we will give all information how to send it)
- after receiving the parcel from the customer, within 10 working days we undertake to make a new jewelry and send it (delivery to the customer is by our expense).

Accurately measuring your ring size.
If you do not know your ring size, or want to double check, it is advisable to visit a local jeweler shop. Measure your finger in warm temperatures at the end of the day (this is when your finger is at its largest). Avoid measuring cold fingers (cold fingers are smaller than warm fingers).

Care instructions
Step 1 - Mixing the Ingredients
Start by mixing the warm water and washing liquid in a large bowl.
You should stir the liquids together, but not so vigorously that they form a mass of bubbles.
Use warm water rather than hot, as warm is less likely to affect the oxidized sterling silver.
Step 2 - Add the Silver
You can then place the silver into the bowl, moving it around occasionally.
Let it soak for about 20 minutes or until any dirt floats to the surface.
Step 3 - Dry the Silver
Once the silver is clean, take it out of the soapy water, and place it onto some bath towels.
Gently wipe the silver with the towel, taking care not to scrub the oxidization off
of your jewelry.

First you should contact your local shipping company with individual track number of your parcel. It is the fastest way to get information.
Also, you can contact us and we will make a request to UkrPoshta, and inform you as soon as we get the answer.

Please, try to understand, that we can not be responsible of work of shipping company. But we never leave you alone with some problem, we are always available to help.
